Online Psychotherapy

Are you moving through a demanding life — balancing work, relationships, and responsibilities — and noticing how little space there is left for yourself? Online therapy offers a flexible, confidential way to access support from wherever you are in the UK or abroad. Many of the people I work with appreciate the ease of settling into sessions from a familiar environment, while still engaging in thoughtful and meaningful therapeutic work. Together, we create a steady space where burnout, emotional fatigue, anxiety, or relational stress can be explored with mental clarity and care.

Online psychotherapy is for those who prefer the flexibility and privacy of working from home or any other personal space. Many of my clients have demanding schedules, travel frequently, or simply feel more at ease beginning therapy from a familiar environment. Virtual sessions allow us to create a consistent therapeutic space, regardless of where you are — whether in London, elsewhere in the UK, or living abroad.

Online therapy offers a flexible and grounded space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself — no matter how busy, overloaded, or “on” you’ve had to be for everyone else. Whether you live in London, travel frequently, or are balancing intense responsibilities, online sessions allow you to receive consistent support without disrupting your already full life.

Online therapy can be especially helpful for individuals experiencing burnout, professional fatigue, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, or relational challenges, who may struggle to find time for in-person appointments. It offers the same depth of exploration, using a secure video platform where we meet weekly at an agreed time.

My approach remains relational and trauma-informed, integrating attachment-focused work, somatic awareness, and creative exploration. Even through a screen, we work with what you’re carrying — the pressure to keep going, the difficulty in slowing down, the quiet moments where something within you asks for change.

Some clients choose to begin therapy online and later transition to in-person sessions; others remain online throughout. What matters most is not the format, but the continuity — a reliable place for reflection, honesty, and growth.

If you are seeking therapy but need flexibility around location or timing, online psychotherapy can provide a meaningful way to engage in this work without compromising depth or connection
