I offer individual, in-person psychotherapy for those who prefer to be physically present in the therapeutic space — a quieter, grounded environment away from daily demands. Meeting face-to-face allows for a deeply relational process, where gestures, silences, and subtle emotional shifts can be held with care. Many of my clients value the routine of travelling to therapy, knowing that for 50 minutes each week, they are stepping into a space that belongs entirely to them.

In-person sessions take place in Golders Green NW11 and Central London (West End, near Oxford Circus). Both locations are easily accessible by public transport and offer a calm, confidential setting suited to deeper therapeutic work. These settings provide the consistency and privacy needed for exploring complex feelings such as burnout, emotional exhaustion, relational trauma, chronic self-doubt, and long-standing patterns that can be hard to address alone.

My work draws on a relational and attachment-focused approach, integrating somatic awareness, trauma-informed practice, and creative exploration. Whether you are navigating professional pressure, feeling anxious or depressed, struggling behind a composed exterior, or seeking to understand parts of yourself you’ve long overlooked, in-person psychotherapy offers the time and space to explore these experiences at your own pace.
