During the sessions you would have a free and non-judgemental space to explore your feelings, anguishes and conflicts.
The aim would be agreed in a way that you feel more comfortable within yourself.
Psychotherapy

Individual psychotherapy is a more long term and in depth way of exploring your conflicts and anguishes. It also gives you a chance to develop an even heighten self-awareness and connection with yourself and those around you. At times I might invite you to engage with your creativity as a way to connect with your inner self and hard to express feelings.
